SoftWiz customers get ongoing support long after the system has gone live. Reach us on any of the channels below and we will come back to you during business hours.
- WhatsApp: the fastest way to get an answer to a short question or an urgent fault
- Email: for detailed enquiries, attaching screenshots, or requesting a change to a process
- Phone: for anything that needs a conversation, such as re-scoping a workflow
What support covers
- Handling faults and bugs in the systems we implemented
- Changes and adjustments to existing workflows, automations and integrations
- Training for new employees joining the team
- Support through version upgrades and vendor-side changes
- Periodic health checks on the integrations running between your systems
Business hours
Sunday to Thursday, during normal working hours. For anything urgent outside those hours, send a WhatsApp message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Who can use this support channel?
This channel is for existing SoftWiz clients with a system we have implemented. If you are not yet a client, please reach out through the contact page.
How quickly can we expect a response?
During business hours we respond quickly, especially to WhatsApp messages. More complex requests, like changing a workflow, may need a scheduled call.
Is support included in the implementation, or is it a separate cost?
Handling faults and bugs in the systems we implemented is included. Ongoing support with regular working sessions and continuous improvement is a separate paid Customer Success track.
